My healing journey began more than ten years ago, during a period when I realised that many of the challenges I was experiencing—emotionally, mentally, and physically—were signals from my body asking for deeper attention. What initially felt like stress, imbalance, or unexplained discomfort eventually revealed itself as unprocessed emotions and unresolved experiences held within my body. This recognition marked the starting point of a long and transformative process.
Over the years I learned from experienced healers and spiritual teachers, I explored a variety of healing methods that challenged and expanded me in the best ways .
I attended weeklong retreats with Dr. Joe Dispenza, where I learned how meditation, breath, and focused awareness can influence our internal state and create measurable shifts in well-being. These experiences introduced me to the power of neuroscience and the role of the subconscious in shaping emotional patterns. 3 years of deep practice culminated in a permanent Kundalini awakening, an experience that opened my heart and expanded my consciousness in the most profound way.
As I continued my personal work, I was drawn to modalities that focused specifically on releasing stored emotions and stagnant energy. This led me to complete training in Neo Emotional Release (NER) with David Manning and BioEnergetic Release Therapy (BERT) with Connie Parsons, two approaches that helped me understand how deeply the body holds onto past experiences. Through these methods, I experienced firsthand how tension, emotional blocks, and protective patterns can be safely released through breathwork, somatic awareness, and guided expression.
Each experience offered something unique, helped me peel back another layer of conditioning and step closer to who i truly am.
My healing was not a quick or linear process—it required patience, consistency, and a willingness to look inward. The work involved navigating periods of discomfort, learning to understand my nervous system, and creating new ways of relating to myself. Over time, these practices helped me rebuild emotional resilience, reconnect with clarity, and develop a more grounded sense of self.
Through this journey, I gained not only personal transformation but also a clear understanding of why genuine healing requires more than superficial change. Experiencing these modalities within my own body gave me a deeper appreciation for how important it is to have a safe and supportive environment when working with buried emotions or long-held patterns.
This path took me through shadow, resistance, surrender, and finally into a place of clarity and purpose.
Today, because I have walked through my own shadows, I am able to hold space for others as they walk through theirs. I don’t guide from theory—I guide from lived experience, embodiment, and a deep understanding of how the body, mind, and energy system speak.
My purpose now is to support others in releasing what no longer serves them, reconnecting with their own inner wisdom, and stepping into a life aligned with authenticity, freedom, and emotional clarity.
My Kundalini awakening was powerful, unexpected, and completely life-altering. Although I had been involved in spirituality and meditated daily, my intention at the time was to heal my body. I was not seeking an awakening, nor did I imagine that something so intense could happen to me.
When it happened, it came without warning. For four days, my entire being felt as if it was being electrified with an impossibly high current. The energy was so intense that I genuinely believed that my physical body simply wouldn’t be able to withstand the force moving through it.
I didn’t understand what was happening. It was raw, overwhelming, and nothing like anything I had read about or imagined.
After those four days, the real journey began.
For the next six months, I went through an intense purification process. Every one of my seven energy centres entered a deep cleansing cycle. I found myself releasing trauma that had been carried for lifetimes—ancestral wounds, past-life memories, childhood pain, and emotional imprints buried so deeply I didn’t even know they existed.
It was a full-body, full-soul purge.
I was blessed to have the right guidance at the right time. I worked closely with two mentors who helped me integrate the energy, understand the process, and slowly bring myself back into balance. Without support, the path could have been much darker and more destabilizing.
Over time, deeper practice opened my heart and expanded my awareness, and taught me the importance of grounding and integration…
A Kundalini awakening is not a moment; it is a lifelong process.
For many, it takes two years or more for the energy centers to fully purify, and even then, the journey continues at deeper levels.
Living with awakened Kundalini changes everything.
After such an awakening, one’s purpose naturally shifts. There is an inner calling to live in service—to help others navigate their own painful, confusing, or dark awakenings. The divine energy that moves through you wants expression, wants to support, wants to heal.
I now see myself as a channel for this divine light, doing my best to allow it to flow through me for the benefit of others.
I share this because Kundalini awakenings can be terrifying when you don’t know what’s happening. They can feel like death, like madness, like losing control. But they are, at their core, a profound invitation into deeper truth, deeper healing, and deeper alignment with the soul.
If you are going through a painful or confusing awakening, you are not alone.
There is light on the other side.
There is purpose in the chaos.
And there is support available when you reach for it.
If you’re moving through an intense spiritual opening or Kundalini-type awakening and it feels overwhelming, I also offer gentle, grounded support to help you stabilise, understand what’s happening and integrate the experience.
